Return of goods period
The Buyer has the right to return the product at any time prior to delivery of the product, and after delivery of the product, within 14 days. If the item has been used, we cannot make a refund as this item is categorized as a personal care product. Returns are made both at the request of the Buyer and due to an error on the part of Daddy Dreads (“Seller”).
Reasons for return of goods on the part of the Buyer may be as follows:
- the characteristics of the goods received differ from the characteristics and description of the goods on the website;
- the appearance of the received goods differs from the photo of the goods posted on the website.
Return of Goods of proper quality is made at the expense of the Buyer and organized by the Buyer himself.
Reasons for returns by mistake Daddy Dreads:
- incorrectly bundled order;
- presence of a defect/breakage.
If the order is incorrectly bundled or has a defect, the cost of return delivery shall be paid by the Seller. Refunds to the Buyer are made within 5-7 business days.
Please note that goods are accepted back only in complete set, with all packaging and stickers, in unused form.
Return of the goods is carried out in two ways:
1. return to the point of order pickup (pickup);
2. sending the goods by transport company or transferring the goods to the warehouse.
The Buyer shall submit a request for the return of goods to the Seller electronically to the Seller’s e-mail address: firstname.lastname@example.org. The request may be made in any form with the mandatory indication of the Buyer’s contact details, which coincide with those given when ordering goods, the name of the goods to be returned and the reasons for return. The Buyer has the right to ask all questions to the Seller on the phone numbers specified in the Contact section.
Refund of funds
Refunds to the Buyer by the Seller shall be made by bank transfer.
The method of refund is the same as the method of payment.
To return the funds to the Buyer’s bank card it is necessary to fill out the “Application for refund”, which is sent upon request to the Buyer’s e-mail address, and send it along with a copy of the passport to the Seller’s e-mail address: email@example.com.
The refund will be made to the Buyer’s bank account specified in the application within 5-7 working days from the date of receipt of the “Application for refund” by the Seller.
To return the funds credited to the Seller’s current account by mistake via payment systems, the Buyer shall apply in writing and enclose a copy of the passport and receipts/receipts confirming the erroneous crediting. This application shall be sent to the Seller’s e-mail address: firstname.lastname@example.org. Upon receipt of the application with a copy of the passport and receipts/receipts attached, the Seller shall make the refund within 7 (seven) business days of receipt of the application to the Buyer’s current account specified in the application. In this case, the refund amount will be equal to the cost of the Order.
