smooth finish exactly as in the description. the copper isnt orange, its a real warm copper which is hard to find. wore them to a metal festival in czech and they survived rain, dancing, and a ton of headbanging without losing shape. very impressed honestly.
the shell charms are a whole vibe, took these to santa cruz for a weekend trip and got asked where i bought them at least 4 times. the creamy ash blonde is much more sophisticated than your typical blonde, almost has a mushroom undertone. the curls held up through ocean swimming which was the real test. obsessed.
I've been wearing dread sets for over 20 years, and I will only buy from Daddy Dread anymore. His dreads are clean (which means no itch on install unless you install too tight), soft (which makes them easier to wear for long times), light (which makes them easier to wear for long periods, and I've had one set in for 6 months before), and reusable. I know they seem expensive, but the price isn't bad for how well they last and hold up over reusability. They actually end up less expensive than using other brands because I don't have to replace as frequently. I love these dreads and they have been my only brand for 3 years or so.
the soft wavy ends give that lived in look without me having to grow them out for years. the loose curl really makes them look authentic, no plastic shine at all which is the main thing for me. only complaint is the smell when i first opened the package was a bit strong but went away after a day or two airing out
viking beads are no joke, the metalwork looks like something from a museum not a costume shop. went with the lighter scandi blonde to match my beard. partner installed them for me in one long evening, mostly painless except a couple braids near my temples. wore them to a folk fest in gotland and was approached by like 10 different people. happy customer.
ok so I tried to section my own hair which was a mistake lol but the dreads themselves are perfect. classic black, exactly like the photos. the blunt ends are what sold me, gives that older locs vibe instead of the pointy synthetic look. took me almost 4 hrs in the end (had to redo half the back lol)
Le charme celtique est magnifique, ma femme l'adore et ne les enlève quasiment plus. Le dégradé brun-blond est parfait pour son style un peu bohème. J'ai dû envoyer plusieurs messages avant la commande pour vérifier la longueur et ils ont toujours répondu dans la journée, c'est rare aujourd'hui.
Shipping took a while, which is expected from a small business, so just be patient. But when they arrived — they looked absolutely adorable! However, I'd recommend getting 60 for full head coverage, as 40 might not be enough.
the feathers are EVERYTHING. wore them to coachella and was getting stopped every 5 minutes for photos, my friends were getting annoyed lol. the boho ombre is so dreamy, like sunset hair. they survived three festival weekends and a glitter incident, still look brand new after washing
