Wash once a week max — dilute shampoo 1:5, scalp only, air-dry afterward. Do not comb or brush the smooth dreads — the smooth dreads require gentle finger separation only at the tips. Avoid saunas and hot blow dryers — keep any styling heat under 60 °C, because the flat finish is permanent but heat-sensitive. Skip conditioner — synthetic fiber does not absorb it.
