Care Routine

Washing: Once a week maximum. Dilute shampoo 1:5, massage scalp only, rinse thoroughly. Skip conditioner — synthetic fiber does not absorb it and the coating softens the bumpy texture.

Detangling: Do not comb or brush the textured dreads. Gently separate any tangled tips with your fingers to preserve the bumpy surface.

Heat: Avoid direct high heat — saunas, open flames, hot tools, full-blast dryers. Air dry only after washing.

Storage: Sleep in a loose braid or bonnet on a satin pillowcase. Store flat without compression between install cycles. One install holds 1.5–2 months; the set is fully reusable across many cycles.
