Yulia’s Natural Dreadlocks — No Extensions, Crochet Finish
Yulia’s hair was thick and coarse — the ideal base for building dreadlocks from scratch without any extensions. A comb to open each section, a 0.4 mm crochet hook to close it, nothing else. The tightness comes from the hook size and from working slowly enough that the fibre packs evenly instead of bunching up.
Her natural color sat somewhere between chocolate brown and warm copper in daylight — very close to our Dark Brown to Copper Ombre human hair set for anyone who wants the same tone but doesn’t have the length to work with yet.
