Wear, Care, and Reuse

Washing: Diluted shampoo (1:5 with water) once a week, scalp only. Air-dry flat — never use a hot blow dryer.

Detangling: Never comb or brush the curls — gently separate each strand with damp hands. For stubborn tangles at the tips, cut through carefully with scissors rather than pulling the spiral out of shape.

Heat: Avoid saunas, hot tools, and concentrated sunlight — avoid high heat of any kind near synthetic curls. The curl pattern is factory-set and permanent — these are heat-resistant synthetic dreads, but sustained temperatures above 60 °C still warp the spiral.

Each install cycle holds for 1.5–2 months before re-braiding. Removal is clean — the braid-in dreads structure keeps your natural hair protected the entire time, with no damage underneath. These are fully reusable dreads across many install cycles: store coiled flat in a breathable cloth bag away from direct sunlight, and the curl memory stays intact.
