Wear, care, and reuse

First two weeks: separate the strands daily with damp hands so the waves settle into their natural hang.

Detangling: Never comb or brush the curls — gently separate each strand with damp hands to prevent tangling. Work tip tangles apart with fingers only.

Washing: once a week at most — dilute shampoo 1:5 with lukewarm water, scalp zone only, rinse clear, air-dry flat. Skip conditioner; Henlon does not absorb it.

Heat: no saunas, blow dryers, or flat irons — this heat-resistant synthetic dreads fibre still deforms above ~60 °C, and the wave is already its final shape.

Nights: gather into a loose low braid or wear a satin bonnet to protect the wavy ends from friction.

One install cycle runs 1.5-2 months before re-braiding.
